Flex-a-bed has no inventory of luxury beds; each bed is made upon request.

Fle-x-abed typically takes

• 10 business days to produce a luxury hospital bed.
• 5 business days to ship and deliver a luxury hospital bed.

BMS - Shipping Policy

BMS Pays for Curbside Service Shipping

BMS will ensure Flex-a-Bed delivers of the luxury hospital bed of your choice to your door in 10 to 15 business days. Bradford Medical Supply will cover the cost of outbound freight (Curbside Service)from FlexaBed in California or Georgia to anywhere in the country to your chosen destination.

Flex-a-bed Customer Delivery Options

• 1.) Residential Curb Service - (BMS Covers this cost)

The customer will receive a call from ABF, and the shipment will be delivered direct to their home. However, ABF is a commercial carrier, so they may ask assistance in removing the freight from their truck and are not required to bring it into the customer’s home. This is curbside delivery. Since the customer will know of the delivery, they can make arrangements with friends, relatives, or neighbors to help them bring the bed into their home. Cost is $42.40 for curbside delivery. BMS Covers this cos)

• 1.) Notification for Delivery Fee by Residential Gate Services - $20

This is an optional fee imposed by local carriers. To be notified at least one (1) day in advance this fee is required by local carriers.

• 3.) "White Glove" or "Turnkey Service" (Inside Delivery and Set-Up) - $335

The customer will receive a call from ABF, and ABF or a delivery service they have a contract with will bring the shipment into the customer’s home, uncarton the bed, set it up, and remove the cartons from the home. Keep in mind the do not attach side rails or headboards. Cost is $237.98 for turnkey service (2 twins, or 1 full or queen bed) and can add 5-10 days to the delivery time. Removal of old bedding to another room is an additional $50.00 and must be arranged at the time order is placed.

• 4.) MATTRESSES ONLY

Twin size mattresses can ship via UPS, Full and Queen size mattresses ship via ABF Freight. UPS or freight cost varies according to destination zip code. No UPS or freight cost if mattress is shipped with a complete bed or base.

• 5.) 1 Year Service Warranty - $100

A 1 year service warranty is required for all "White Glove or Turnkey " services.
